Add Member

  1. On the dashboard, click on the Member menu option on the left sidebar
  2. Add Member Image
  3. Under the dropdown that appears, click Add for the form to appear
  4. Add Member form (Basic)
  5. On the Add Member form (Basic):
    1. Select Member type whether Member, First Timer, New Soul, New Convert, or Child
    2. Select Title whether Mr., Mrs., Miss., Dr., Rev., or Ps.
    3. Enter First Name and Last Name in their respective fields. Note: The First Name and Last Name are required.
    4. You can optionally enter Other Name(s)
    5. You can optionally select Gender whether Male or Female
    6. You can optionally select Marital Status whether Single, Married, Divorced or Widowed
    7. You can optionally enter Email Address
    8. You can optionally enter Phone Number. (Select Country[code] if not Ghana, and enter the number)
    9. You can optionally select a Photofor the member. Note: The Photo should not be more than 1MB.
    10. Select Date of birth. Select Day e.g 1, Select Month e.g January, and optionally select Year e.g 1990
    11. Select Member Kind whether Permanent or Temporal
    12. If you select Temporal, You must select Temporal Duration which is either in Months or Years. Also, enter Period Length which should be a number, e.g 1 (Year) or 6 (Months)
    13. You can optionally enter Nationality
    14. You can optionally select Date joined
    15. Click Next
  6. On the Add Member form (Contact):
    1. You can optionally enter Secondary Phone No.
    2. You can optionally enter Hometown
    3. You can optionally enter Emergency Contact Person
    4. You can optionally enter Phone No. of Emergency Contact Person
    5. You can optionally enter Address
    6. You can optionally enter GPS Coordinates (Latitude, Longitude)
    7. You can optionally enter WhatsApp Phone No.
    8. You can optionally select Contact preference whether Call, WhatsApp or Email
    9. Click Next
    Add Member form (Contact)
  7. On the Add Member form (Church):
    1. You can optionally select Member status which is Active by default
    2. You can optionally toggle Tither option On or Off whether the member is a tither or not
    3. You can optionally toggle Baptized option On or Off whether the member is baptized or not
    4. You can optionally enter Member's Position
    5. You can optionally select Department
    6. You can optionally enter Previous Church
    7. Click Save

  8. If Successful, you should be redirected to the list page with success message: Memeber Information Added Successfully
  9. Add Member Success
