Add Event

  1. On the dashboard, click on the Event menu option on the left sidebar
  2. Under the dropdown that appears, click Add for the form to appear
  3. Add Event Image
  4. On the Create New Event form:
    1. Enter a suitable Title for the event.
    2. You can optionally enter a Description for the event.
    3. Select the Date on which the event will take place.
    4. Select a Start time and End time for the event.
    5. You can optionally enter a Location for the event.
    6. You can optionally enter the Max attendees for the event.
    7. You can optionally select an Event Poster image for the event.
    8. If you want to make this event inactive, you can uncheck the box next to Is active.
    9. If you want the registration form to display the number of registered attendees, you can uncheck the box next to Show registered on Form.
    10. Click the blue Create Event button.

  5. If Successful, a success message will be displayed at the top like Event created successfully!

  7. Additionally, the event will be displayed on the Calendar. (Check the next section for information concerning how to check the calendar.)

Calendar Events Display

  1. On the dashboard, click on the Event menu option on the left sidebar
  2. Under the dropdown that appears, click Calendar for the calendar to appear
  3. You should see your event(s) on the Calendar.

Copy Event Registration Link

There are two options you can use to copy the event registration link

    Option One (1)

  1. On the dashboard, click on the Event menu option on the left sidebar
  2. Under the dropdown that appears, click List for the list of events to appear
  3. You should see your event(s) on the Calendar.

  5. If Successful, a success message will pop up at the top like Registration link copied to clipboard!

    Option Two (2)

  1. On the dashboard, click on the Event menu option on the left sidebar
  2. Under the dropdown that appears, click List for the list of events to appear
  3. Click the View button on the event in question. (That will open the details page of the event)

    • For Events without a Poster Image:

    • On the details page of the event, click on the Button with the Icon of Two Files in the area labelled Share Event.

      For Events with a Poster Image:

    • On the details page of the event, click on the Button with the Icon of Two Files in the area labelled Share this registration link.
    • Registration Link Copy B
  6. Success:
    • For Events without a Poster Image:

    • If Successful, the icon of the button will temporarily change to a Check Mark!

      For Events with a Poster Image:

    • If Successful, the icon of the button will temporarily change to a Check Mark!
